The gate/ bom
In the main season (17.6-8.8) the gate by the main entrance will be closed during the night, between 23.00 and 08.00. However, in case of emergency you can reach our workers with this number +47 37 26 90 30 at all times. During daytime our guests use their own entrance cards to get in/out through the gate (cards will be given at check in). Every living unit has a parking place for one car. If the guests bring more than one car, they can be placed on our other parking place right by the camping site’s main entrance.
Wifi
Large parts of our common areas are covered by wireless Internet and are free to all our guests. Qualities may vary depending on where you are in your area and the number of guests online.
Peace and order
Skottevik Feriesenter is popular among families. We therefore kindly ask all of our gu3est to be considerate, and to pay attention to their»holiday neighbours».
Responsibility during your stay
Tenants are obliged to treat the rental unit, inventory,and equipment that belongs to the unit in a way that will not cause damage or unneccesary wear and tear. Tenants are liable to damage to landlord for loss and damage caused to buildings or fixtures.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors in our buildings.
Dog
If a dog is brought, the dog must stay in a cage indoors. Outside dog must be kept in a leash at all times. This applies outside of the camping site (in accordance with Norwegian leash law). The apartment/ cabin must be thuroghly cleaned if animals are brought. to bring a dog cost 250 NOK.
Final cleaning
It is mandatory to purchase final cleaning ehen staying in our cabins/apartments.
Before departure, the tenant is obliged to wash dishes / put on / remove from the dishwasher, as well as to bring garbage and empty bottles to the waste container. Any broken porcelain / glass is paid at reception.
If you have ordered bed linen, we ask you to remove the bed linen and put it in front of the exit door.
Washing equipment in the accommodation unit: bucket, washing broom, vacuum cleaner and broom. Detergents must be taken by yourself.

Cancellation:
The guest has the right to cancel the reservation prior to the date of arrival.
Should the guest wish to cancel before arrival this has to be done directly to SF.
Guests who cancel at least thirty (30) days before the arrival date:
All payments received on deposit exception of a handling fee of NOK 500,- per rental object, will be returned to the guest.
Cancellations later than 30 – 14 days before arrival:
Not more than 50% of the received payment will be returned to the guest.
Payments and deposit are non-refundable if the guest cancels later than 14 – 0 days prior to arrival date.
SF reserves the rights to cancel any booking that is made, and consider a booking for cancelled if a mail is sent to the guest at the mail address given at creation.
SF strives to deliver what the guest wants, but reserves the right to change any booking made by a particular room / cabin for a seat / cabin of equivalent standard, without reservation thus can be considered as invalid.
Garbage
Skottevik Feriesenter want the place to look clean and nice. You can find garbage cans very close to where you stay. These cans will be emptied 2 times a day (morning and afternoon).
Departure
We ask that the Apartment and the cottage is cleaned and abandoned before 12:00 on departure day.
We take reservations for misprints and/ or changes in the Norwegian charge system.
